Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting Winter Moon Gifts! We appreciate your love for handcrafted art and cozy candles. Please read our policy below so you know what to expect when shopping with us.


Candles

🌙 Soy Wax Frosting: Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, which may develop a frosty appearance over time. This is a harmless, cosmetic quirk of soy wax and does not affect the scent, performance, or burn quality.

🌙 Burning Imperfections: As your candle burns and cools, you might notice slight surface changes in the wax. These are totally normal for natural soy wax and don’t impact how well your candle performs. Every candle is poured by weight to ensure consistency.


Metal Art

🌙 Color Variations: Due to differences in lighting, screens, and photography, the color of your metal art may appear slightly different in person. Each piece is individually powder coated for a durable, lasting finish.

🌙 Machine-Cut Precision, Handmade Finish: Our metal art is precision-cut using a CNC machine and powder coated by hand. Slight surface textures or coating variations may occur and are part of the handcrafted finishing process that makes each piece unique.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our work. That said, because of the handmade nature of our items, please note the following:

  • Returns or exchanges will be considered within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Natural characteristics like soy wax frosting or minor finishing variations do not qualify as defects.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged due to our error.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are packed with care to ensure safe delivery, but once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

Winter Moon Gifts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials until you’ve confirmed your order arrived in perfect condition.
