Shipping policy

All Items will be shipped standard USPS with tracking unless otherwise requested. Other shipping rates may apply for other methods other than USPS First Class. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from product completion. We currently only ship to the continental U.S. 

All orders are packed with care to ensure safe delivery, but once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

Winter Moon Gifts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials until you’ve confirmed your order arrived in perfect condition.
